What is a "Steady Steps Level"?
Every product we carry is tagged with a Steady Steps Level — 1, 2, or 3 — based on how much day-to-day support a dog typically needs at that stage. It's a simple way to know you're picking the right fit without guessing. You'll see your dog's level after taking The Senior Dog Support Assessment™.
Are your products vet-approved or medically certified?
Our products are designed to support day-to-day comfort, mobility, and independence — not to diagnose or treat a medical condition. If your dog is showing signs of pain, a sudden change in mobility, or anything that feels out of the ordinary, please check in with your veterinarian first.
