Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.

We're currently unable to ship to PO Boxes — a physical street address is required at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying threshold. Check your cart at checkout for current eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns

We want you and your senior pup to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. There's no restocking fee.

Bundles and kits must be returned in full — individual items from a bundle can't be returned separately.

For hygiene reasons, items from our Bathroom Support category must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out right away — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and you won't be responsible for return shipping on our error.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
